Credit Card Services is an inbound customer service call center for TD Credit Card holders. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals who are interested in being part of a team committed to superior customer service, in a fast paced, high volume, dynamic environment What we are looking for?
· Highly customer service oriented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service/experience.
· Work in a statistically driven environment, measured by call quality and call productivity goals
· Ability to quickly adapt to change
· Ability to multi-task & demonstrate effective problem solving attributes
· Trilingual or Bilingual candidates -either Mandarin and or Cantonese or French an asset
· Excellent written and verbal communication in English
· Strong PC Skills
· 6 weeks full time paid mandatory training – 4 in class / 6 practical during the day training
· 4:00pm to 12:00am midnight Monday -Sunday including working weekends and stat holidays fully flexible
· Location of work: Markham
· Permanent role with TD as part time or full time
· Able to pass credit and criminal check
· Pay $19.50 an hour +$1.10 premium 4pm – midnight shift
· Fast pace, line up in que to answer, contact center, not sales but upselling, recognize options and lifestyle of customer to cross sell up sell.
· Empathy is a must with customers
· Able to type, data entry with accuracy + chat multiple windows
· Metrics on call quality, engagement, average handle of call time
· Will know schedule 21 days in advanced
